1. Quotations are valid for 30 days from submittal, and are based on the accuracy of provided specifications. Quotations are only valid when in writing. We reserve the right to re-price your job when we receive your order if the actual job requirements or specifications vary from those quoted. Unless specifically stated, quotations do not include any applicable taxes, deliveries, or postage costs. Any alterations you make after work has begun will be billed based on the cost of time and materials necessary to effect the change.

2. Please proofread and check all proofs carefully. By giving your final approval to print, you are assuming 100% responsibility for the accuracy of your copy and artwork, whether prepared by PMi or you. All proof approvals must be in writing. Color proofs are used to simulate how the printed piece will look. Due to differences in production methods, some variation between the color proof and actual printed piece is to be expected. We do not guarantee exact color matches, unless otherwise specified.

3. Full payment of production costs for all jobs is required in advance of delivery, unless we have previously approved credit terms. You may cancel an order at any time by giving us written notice, but agree to pay for any work already completed and any materials and services purchased for the order.

4. Full payment of estimated postage is required by 10:00 am the day prior to mailing. Jobs using live stamps must be paid two days prior to mailing. Late receipt of postage advance may delay your mailing. You agree to pay the actual postage amount, whether more or less than what is estimated. Postage payments made by credit card will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

5. You warrant that you own the rights to use all images and subject matter being printed, and that nothing is copyrighted by a third party. You agree to indemnify and hold PMi harmless from any claims arising from breach of this warranty. Please do not send us any "one-of-a-kind" transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are not responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.

6. Quoted production schedule starts only after all materials necessary to complete your order have been received. Completion of your job as scheduled is contingent upon timely receipt of proof approvals, mailing lists, and other materials. Late receipt may affect the delivery date by a greater degree than the actual elapsed late time. Our schedule responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing verification by and delivery to the U.S. Postal Service or other third-party carrier. We shall not be liable for any performance failures or delivery delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service or other third-party carriers.

7. We consider your mailing lists to be your exclusive property, and will use them only as you instruct us to. We will never sell your list or offer it for use to any other party, or utilize the list for any other purpose not specifically authorized by you. We do not save lists after they are mailed, so if you want us to use the same list again, you must request in writing that it be saved, or provide another copy for future mailings. We will provide reasonable protection against the loss of saved lists, but you should always maintain a backup copy, as we are not liable for recompiling the list data.

8. You must advise us at the completion of your job what to do with leftover material. It may be returned to you, destroyed, or kept in storage. We will store any of your materials that we have printed to be used for multiple mail drops for up to six months at no charge. Other materials, and those held longer than six months, will be charged a storage fee. Your failure to pay the storage fee or to timely respond to our disposition request will give us cause us to automatically destroy your material without liability.

9. Our liability for errors in your job that are our fault shall be limited to re-printing and/or re-mailing a correction or corrected job as soon as possible to rectify the mistake. Damages shall be limited to the value of the work performed. In no case will we be liable for loss of business or implied damages.

10. We reserve the right to use any of your leftover materials that we have printed in sample kits or flyers that we distribute to customers and prospects for marketing purposes. You must notify us in writing if you do not want your materials used for our marketing purposes.

11. Depending on the production method we choose on certain printed pieces, the dimensions may be slightly smaller than stated sized due to digital press limitations. There will be no loss of image, and we will reduce any supplied artwork as needed at no charge.

12. There may be additional charges for rush or guaranteed sizes.
