What is NCOA? National Change of Address is a Post Office supported function that allows the checking of an existing mail list to determine if a person or family has moved in the last 36 months. House files should be NCOA'd every year to keep them lean and clean. The USPS has mandated that all mailing lists be NCOA'd every 95 days starting November 23, 2008. |
