Now we're ready. Here's what happens when your piece hits the mail-

Your prospect receives their piece in the mail-and it really is"theirs." Their name, and other relevant information, is colorfully displayed throughout the mail piece. They are encouraged to go to their own personal web site-TheirName.YourWebPage.com. When they go to their page, they see a web page that looks like the mail piece, and that is highly personalized. It looks like you took the time to build a page just for them-which is not far from the truth! On this page is the call to action for the desired outcome you want-and we're pre-populated their form with most of their relevant info. This saves them time, and gives them a place to update their information. If they choose to act on your call to action, you will receive an email to check out your administration page to see who "opted in".

You can also use email marketing in conjunction with the mail piece, or as a follow up to a successful opt in. Email marketing is a powerful multi-channel one-two punch. You'll find that a follow up email increases responses, and is actually the easiest way to go to their personal web page-it's just a click, rather than typing in the address.

What if someone visits their web site but doesn't act on the call to action? Since they visited the web from their Personalized URL, there is a log of their visit, even if they're just looking. These prospects are "warm" and may be coaxed into action with a follow up phone call.
